Levatas is seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant who can prospect, nurture and lead efforts to build proposals that can achieve strategic branding and marketing objectives. This role will provide strategic consulting and work with a cross functional team to understand client issues and build out proposals and statements of work to address them. In addition to being one of our resident experts in digital marketing this individual will also create and maintain a sales pipeline, manage and maintain lead generation and CRM tools, and sell solutions strategically.  This is a vital role in discovering our clients’ pain points and determining what solutions best meet their business challenges, integrating multiple internal teams in order to structure the engagement to drive tangible results.

Upon client agreement to a proposed plan, this person will work with both the Strategy and Account Management teams for a smooth onboarding as the wider team seeks to successfully execute plans against client budget and oversee the integration points of activation.  This candidate must be prepared for a fast-paced environment that works across modern marketing channels. A working knowledge of principles, best practices, and trends within digital strategy, customer experience, current website trends and analytics, UI, and custom software solutions is critical.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Introduce Levatas to prospective clients using a variety of resources and approaches
  • Cultivate and guide leads through the business development process toward acquisition
  • Discover client needs, challenges, and goals, and create opportunity briefs to socialize internally
  • Determine teams and roles needed to supply impactful solutions and proposals by quickly understanding a client’s business and current needs
  • Work closely with strategy team to build detailed proposals based on strategic solutions that that integrate multiple comms channels (e.g., website, email, social, digital advertising,)
  • Create and/or adapt a monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan
  • Create target client profiles, handle prospect list building, build CRM workflows
  • Report to leadership on metrics across prospecting, lead generation, proposals, and acquisition

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience selling or working with clients on omni-channel marketing, personalized marketing, automated decision making, and content distribution
  • 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing technology focused sales
  • Deep understanding of experience debriefs, touch point maps, customer journeys and multi channel marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated understanding of agency partnerships, technology sales, digital agency operations, and strategic consulting best practices and principles
  • CRM/pipeline/workflow platform management ability
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment
  • Strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure
  • Highly effective communication skills, including but not limited to, presenting, business writing and editing abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with all levels within the organization
  • Strong organizational and quantitative/analytical skills, strong executive presence and ability to drive a team of subject matter experts to produce relevant and effective solutions
