Senior Account Manager

An Account Manager at Levatas builds and maintains strong client relationships with organizations of all sizes. He/She will assume a leadership role on assigned client accounts and serve as the single point of contact for the client, with responsibility including programs activation, fulfillment and performance, contracts, billing, reporting, problem resolution and general status. His/her main duty is to ensure client happiness.  

Account Managers at Levatas act as the voice of our clients, with familiarity of their business, structure, internal team, general industry, pain points, sensitivities, and level of urgency to be shared with the Levatas team to ensure that we are always meeting or exceeding client expectations.

He/She will also find opportunity to effectively leverage Levatas’ broad capabilities within their clients’ organizations in an effort to deepen and organically grow relationships.  He/she should have at least 2 years working as part of a modern digital marketing team, understand omni channel marketing, personalized marketing, and been a part of the tools and skills it takes to deploy data, automated decision making, and content distribution.


  • Day-to-day leadership and management of assigned accounts
  • Work in partnership with agency departments to ensure that projects are on strategy, on time and within scope and budget
  • Lead account status meetings, update client status reports and prepare meeting recaps
  • Work with clients to understand their industry, market, products and consumers while applying these insights to all agency work
  • Build strong relationships with clients to learn the organization structure, culture, and process in order to facilitate seamless onboarding and integration of Levatas services
  • Ensure Levatas project teams fully understand client priorities and values -- and how those are best served -- with each project
  • Work with cross-functional agency team to build scope of work and create agreements for client project work
  • Provide billing and other reports as scheduled and/or requested by client
  • Review time tracking logs to ensure clients are billed timely and accurately
  • Proactively propose initiatives to the strategy team designed to meet particular client objectives


  • Relationship builder helping clients and internal team better leverage digital tools and mindsets to improve customer experiences.  You must be able to articulate digital ideas that span brand, marketing, creative, software & systems, and data & analytics while also coordinating day-to-day operational processes with both clients and internal teams.
  • Strong familiarity with modern marketing concept that include omni-channel marketing, personalized marketing, automated marketing, CRM, DMPs, DSP/SSP, data warehouse, and lead nurturing,
  • Excellent professional and executive communication skills including the ability to lead meetings, participate in presentations, and manage email communications in an ultra-responsive, friendly manner
  • The ability to discuss contracts and billing rates in a collaborative way; always looking to solve problems
  • The ability to recognize an organic growth opportunity and how best to craft and deliver a sound solution  
  • The ability to proactively establish and achieve quarterly goals
  • The ability to balance profitability goals while driving maximum value for the client
  • The ability to pivot and act strategically based on data to prescribe campaign optimizations in order to exceed client expectations

Required Experience:

  • 5-7 years of account management experience in an advertising, digital marketing, public relations agency, or similar job role
  • Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience leading, partnering and communicating with key clients at all levels in various industries
  • Digital production experience
