The Role

We are in search of a Performance Marketing Manager who will serve as a foundational team member to help us build our paid acquisition, website optimization, marketing analytics and digital conversion functions. In this role, you will report to, and work closely with, the VP of marketing to build a strategy on how to optimize digital growth tactics for both a product and sales-led funnel. You will be asked to make decisions on platforms, spend/bid strategies, and third-party support needed to effectively scale our digital marketing and marketing analytics efforts. This role will also oversee the day-to-day executions that drive our KPIs, including website traffic, product inquiry, product demonstrations, ad conversions, and ROAS.


  • Develop and oversee our digital marketing tactics including paid acquisition, optimization of the website, key landing pages, and SEO strategies to drive top-of-funnel performance numbers
  • Contribute to the development of consistent analytics and attribution models
  • Monitor digital campaign performance, create clear reporting and update cadences
  • Contribute to the development of consistent analytics and attribution models
  • Coordinate with data and operations teams to evaluate and communicate important metrics that affect overall business performance
  • Own the marketing website to continuously test and optimize for improving business KPIs
  • Develop search optimization strategy and own point-of-view around site rankings and web traffic
  • Work cross-functionally with brand and content marketing, product, and sales to speak in to content strategy, address gaps in existing digital strategies, and identify new areas for growth
  • Manage digital marketing budget across various channels, contractors and technology

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media buying/management, user acquisition, or performance marketing, preferably at a product-led growth company in SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to strategically communicate the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes to drive cross-organizational alignment
  • Proficiency in GA, Adwords, Hubspot (or comparable Marketing Automation platform) 
  • Detail-oriented and accurate; enjoys experimentation, problem solving and being challenged
  • Experience working in artificial intelligence, robotics or data platform services a plus
  • Experience in developing marketing communications such as marketing messaging, new product descriptions, point-of-view pieces and other written content
  • Works well under deadlines, with the ability to identify and communicate issues quickly
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or technical school or applicable work experience
